Your service is very well designed and managed. Your cleaning staff have done an excellent job. Any questions I've had have been addressed promptly and you have been very easy to work with.
Your whole concept is such a great service to those of us needing short-term furnished apartments. My apartment at Berkley Manor was very nice and I was so much more comfortable there than I would have been at the Residence Inn and there were more amenities. By the way, I want to tell you that Berkley Manor is extremely well run and managed. It is lovely there - clean with beautiful landscaping and, as I said, a number of amenities. Any time there was even a minor repair needed, they were on it the same day.
The furnishing of your apartments is excellent. You all clearly put a lot of thought into the furnishing and it had everything I needed. It was also helpful that you provided a list ahead of time of what was included - particularly in the kitchen. I did bring some things with me for the kithcen that I would not have expected you to provide, but the list enabled me to bring what I needed without having to guess at what the kitchen would include and I didn't waste packing time or space bringing things that were already there.
I have told a number of people about your service and would not hesitate to contact you should I have need to return to work here again."
